Home & Great Outdoors Expo 2025 –
Welcome to the Home & Great Outdoors Expo 2025! We are thrilled to have you as an exhibitor at this premier event. This kit contains all the essential information you'll need, including move-in and move-out instructions, booth setup guidelines, and important contact information. Please read through these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience at the Expo.

- Saturday, April 12, 2025: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, April 13, 2025: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Move-In Dates & Times:
- Friday, April 11, 2025: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, April 12, 2025: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (must be fully set up by 9:00 AM)
- Move-Out Date & Times:
- Sunday, April 13, 2025: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no early breakdown)
- Monday, April 14, 2025: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Move-In Instructions
Move-In Date & Times:
- Friday, April 11, 2025: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, April 12, 2025: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (must be fully set up by 9:00 AM)
Important Notes:
- Exhibitor Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at Exhibitor Registration located at Lobby. You’ll receive your exhibitor badges and booth assignment details here.
- Move-In Process:
- Use the designated loading docks (if available) or unload at your booth location directly. Be sure to unload quickly and move your vehicle to the designated parking area as soon as possible to avoid blocking access for others.
- Booth Materials: Be prepared to set up your booth as soon as you arrive. You will be provided with [insert standard items included with booth, e.g., table, chairs, drapes].
- Time Limit for Load-In: All exhibitors must have their booths fully set up by 9:00 AM on Friday, April 11, 2025, prior to the show opening.
Important Tip: If you need extra time to set up or have specific setup needs (such as large items, extra equipment, etc.), please make arrangements to arrive as early as possible on Thursday.
Move-Out Instructions
Move-Out Date & Times:
- Sunday, April 13, 2025: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no early breakdown)
- Monday, April 14, 2025: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Please do not begin dismantling your booth before 5:00 PM. Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.)
Important Notes:
- No Early Breakdown: All exhibits must remain intact until the event closes at 5:00 PM on Saturday. Early dismantling creates an unfavorable experience for attendees and other exhibitors.
- Booth Dismantling:
- Please ensure that all of your materials, products, and displays are carefully packed up and removed from the venue by 9:00 PM.
- If you are using the loading dock, be prepared to wait until after the public exits to access your loading area.
- Vehicle Access: After the show closes, exhibitors will be allowed to access the loading docks to begin moving their materials. Please remove your vehicle from the loading area as quickly as possible after unloading to allow space for other exhibitors.

Exhibitor Badges & Access
- Exhibitor Badges: Each exhibitor receives two exhibitor badges for entry into the event. Additional badges can be purchased during registration.
- Badge Pickup: Badges will be available for pick-up at Exhibitor Registration when you check in on-site.
Parking & Directions
- Exhibitor Parking: Free parking for exhibitors. Please use the designated Exhibitor Parking lot to ensure ample space for attendees.
- General Directions: Detailed directions to the Baird Convention Center and parking areas can be found on the Venue Map.
Helpful Exhibitor Tips
- Arrive Early: Arriving early helps you avoid last-minute rushes and gives you more time to set up your booth in a relaxed manner.
- Promote Your Presence: Use social media and your website to notify customers and followers that you'll be exhibiting at the event! Don’t forget to use the official event hashtag.
- Be Ready to Engage: Consider hosting interactive displays, demos, or offering promotions to draw attendees to your booth. Attendees are more likely to engage with exhibitors who are active and approachable.
- Stay Hydrated: Be sure to bring water and snacks to keep you fueled throughout the day. Long hours on the floor can be tiring!

Home & Great Outdoors Expo 2025 – Terms & Conditions
By submitting your exhibitor registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Exhibitor Registration:
Your booth space at the Home & Great Outdoors Expo 2025 is confirmed upon receipt of both the signed exhibitor contract and payment. - Payment Terms:
Payment for your booth space must be completed in full at the time of registration. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or other accepted methods as outlined in the registration process. - Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the event (i.e., after February 10, 2025).
- Cancellations made prior to 60 days may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a non-refundable processing fee of $100.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organizer at [info@hgoexpos.com].
- Booth Space:
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to your booth location, should the need arise, in order to enhance the overall experience of the Expo. - Exhibitor Conduct:
Exhibitors must maintain a professional and courteous conduct at all times during the event. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Expo without refund. - Booth Setup & Breakdown:
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths during the designated move-in and move-out times. Any exhibit materials left behind after the official move-out time will be disposed of by event organizers at the exhibitor’s expense. - Liability:
The event organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibit materials. Exhibitors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover any potential risks. - Force Majeure:
In the event that the Expo is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), exhibitors will be notified, and the event may be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued under force majeure circumstances. - Agreement:
By registering for the Home & Great Outdoors Expo 2025, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
